Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to greet guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with basic bowling instructions. You will ring sales, operate the POS and PA systems, and help prepare for leagues while maintaining friendly, high-energy guest interactions.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
