Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Milford, CT is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales at the counter.

You will work in an entertainment-focused environment, be friendly on the phone and in person, handle lane assignments and basic bowling instruction, operate the POS, and follow cash-control procedures. Evening and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
