Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group and part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Guest Service Ambassador to create a warm, professional atmosphere at the Front Desk for clients, executives and staff. You will be the first point of contact, guiding visitors and directing them to meetings, with open availability including days, evenings and weekends.

The role requires a 40-hour work week and strong hospitality ethic.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-first approach with Platinum Service standard.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask in a public environment.
• Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
• Two to three years' client service/reception experience in hospitality or corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Greet employees and visitors, welcome them with a smile and eye contact.
• Assist in making space reservations using online tools and escorting guests.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, transport and local amenities.
• Coordinate luggage drop-off and access badge process.
• Ensure cleanliness of all office spaces.
• Provide basic travel support and directions.
• Coordinate and arrange basic office equipment repairs.
• Follow security, health and safety guidelines.
• Provide first-line support for basic office technology.
• General administrative support and vendor interface.
• Communicate effectively and keep team updated.
• Interact with other departments and conduct opening/closing walkthroughs.
