Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to be the first point of contact for partners, executives, staff, visitors and VIPs. You will manage front desk operations at the conference center, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and uphold Rapport standards with a focus on exceptional service.

The role reports to the Conference Services Manager and collaborates with Porters, Workplace Services, IT, AV and Catering.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Strong spoken and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site front desk hospitality coverage Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with breaks.
• Greet and attend to visitors, partners and VIPs; manage check-ins and bookings per SOP.
• Review reservations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth conference center operations.
• Support passes, staff communications, and daily walkthroughs of reception areas.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor with executives and staff at all times.
