Job summary

AR MANAGEMENT LLC in Pueblo, CO is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, seamless guest experience across check-in, reservations, and front-of-house coordination.

This cross-functional role trains you across departments, with day, evening, or overnight shifts; training is provided if you lack hotel experience. We offer performance bonuses, uniforms, PTO, parental leave, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• PMS training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, process payments, issue keys.
• Answer phones, handle reservations, respond to guest needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room status.
• Resolve guest concerns with a calm, positive attitude.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately.
• Assist with breakfast setup and cleanup on applicable shifts.
• Support housekeeping with laundry and room checks on assigned shifts.
