The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and handle cash with accuracy. You’ll promote our loyalty programs, assist guests with inquiries, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous guest-facing customer service experience; hotel front desk experience is a strong plus.
• Experience handling cash and processing financial transactions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome to set the tone.
• Complete check-in and check-out accurately using the property management system.
• Handle payments, balance cash, and process various forms of payment.
• Answer calls, relay messages, manage mail, packages, and faxes.
• Promote hotel marketing programs and loyalty offerings.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and solutions.
• Stay calm under high-volume or emergency situations.
• Know hotel outlets hours and local attractions.
