Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the face of Hyatt at our property. This full-time, on-site role supports Front Desk and Bell Stand operations, delivering exceptional guest service and handling inquiries with a proactive, friendly approach.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, coordinate local transportation, and help manage requests to ensure a seamless stay. PM shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones in a professional and timely manner.
• Have knowledge of different software used by Front Desk and Bell Stand.
• Issue and activate room keys; assist with late checkouts.
• Work with staff across departments to fulfill guest requests.
