Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and act as a local expert. You will resolve guest concerns, promote our loyalty program, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional first and last impressions by warmly welcoming guests and delivering personalized service.
• Help travelers feel at home through seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and turn everyday interactions into memorable moments.
• Serve as a trusted resource by sharing hotel amenities, local recommendations, and insider tips about the Boston and Cambridge area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a polished and inviting front desk environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and help guests maximize the value of their stay.
