Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Arizona to deliver attentive, courteous service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout. You will help maximize room revenue and occupancy while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

The role emphasizes guest relations, effective communication, and teamwork, with hourly compensation and opportunities for growth. Prior front desk experience and computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework helpful.
• Computer experience required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to stand during shift and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure that all hotel standards are met (if applicable).
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
