Highgate Hotels is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent for the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, and a customer-service mindset. Light to moderate physical tasks and the ability to work flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework helpful.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per hotel standards.
• Operate PBX console and support office systems.
• Answer guest questions about services, hours, and local recommendations.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages.
• Process check-ins and checkouts in a courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Assist with safety procedures and emergency responses.
• Balance and close shift documentation as required.
