Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ. The role supports the Guest Service Manager in daily front office operations and supervises Guest Services, Concierge, and Transportation staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The candidate will train new staff, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with housekeeping on room status. A 4-year degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient hospitality at the Front Desk.
• Respond to guest requests, problems, complaints and accidents with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with development of employee morale and training of Guest Services staff.
• Maintain professional relationships and open communication with managers and other departments.
• Operate Front Office computer system, including software maintenance and reporting.
