Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Arizona to provide attentive and courteous service from check-in to checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will answer questions, assist guests with directions and services, and support front desk operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires flexibility for extended hours, strong communication, and multitasking within a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• College course work in related field helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk according to Highgate standards.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests/meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
