Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Paradise Valley, AZ, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout, while helping maximize occupancy. You will greet guests, answer questions, handle reservations, and assist with special promotions.

This role requires computer experience and a friendly, professional demeanor; prior hospitality experience is preferred. The position is on-site at the Kimpton Miralina Resort and offers an hourly compensation structure.

Qualifications

• College coursework helpful for related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions in the Red Book.
• Operate Front Desk computer systems and related equipment.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for shift closing.
