Courtyard Fort Worth Alliance Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/checkouts, and provide accurate information and assistance throughout their stay. You will assist with reservations, payments, and room assignments while coordinating with Housekeeping for room readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, Front Desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, friendly, and attentive guest service.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel reservation and property-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete check-ins, checkouts, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, directions, local recommendations, and hotel information.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Monitor reservations, room availability, special requests, and guest accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to communicate room status and readiness needs.
• Respond thoughtfully to guest concerns and identify solutions to restore confidence.
