Qualifications

• Ability to provide professional, friendly, and attentive guest service.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation and property-management systems.
• Ability to process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
