Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays; shifts are 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm, with schedules varying by hotel demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm guest service and smooth check-ins to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and billing with accuracy and efficiency.
