Job summary

Hyatt Place Fort Worth Historic Stockyards is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm guest service, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate front desk operations. The role requires accurate reservations handling, cash balancing, and proficiency with our hotel software systems.

The successful candidate will communicate clearly in English, be flexible with shifts, and contribute to a hospitable guest experience in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to handle cash and balance cash at shift end.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy.
• Balance cash and perform cash drops as required.
• Operate the hotel computer system and PMS.
• Assist with wake-up calls and guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Assist with transporting guests by hotel van when required.
