HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register rooms, handle payments, and manage reservations with a focus on outstanding service. You will use the PMS system to coordinate messages, track guest needs, and respond quickly to requests.

The role involves balance duties, guest safety, and occasional assistance in breakfast or with luggage during peak periods. A positive attitude and prior customer service experience are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Register guests to rooms and process payments.
• Make and confirm reservations and handle guest requests promptly.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance accounts.
• Communicate via phone or PMS to relay messages and updates.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address complaints with escalation when needed.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe if applicable and balance cash drawer.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods when needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by management.
