Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient hospitality from check-in through check-out across our front desk operations.

You will assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and local information while coordinating with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless stays. Strong communication and guest service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience using front desk systems and handling guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in and check-out and throughout the stay.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, information, and special requests.
• Process transactions using PMS and POS systems accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership for smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in Front Desk and lobby areas.
