Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Guest Services Agent to be the friendly face at the front desk, delivering Sonesta Service to every guest. You will register guests, issue keys, assist with reservations, handle transactions, and protect guest information while upholding brand standards.

Fluent English, basic math, and experience with hotel systems (Opera and Microsoft Office) are preferred. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• Microsoft Office and Opera systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and credit transactions and manage deposits.
• Upsell rooms where possible to maximize revenue.
• Maintain front desk and guest relations across shifts.
