Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent who will be the first contact for guests, ensuring a warm, efficient check-in/out and a memorable stay. You’ll use your hospitality skills to answer questions, manage records, and coordinate with other departments.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, English fluency (Spanish appreciated), and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a branded hotel preferred, training available.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish desirable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and engage throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Manage guest info and maintain accurate records.
• Assign rooms and distribute keys.
• Answer questions about hotel and local area.
• Resolve guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Create lasting positive impressions through service.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless experience.
• Assist with valet services and parking when needed.
• Support hotel and TEAM success.
