Hyatt House Washington DC - Convention Center is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the heart of our hotel. In this role, you will check guests in and out, manage reservations, and provide essential information about hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a salary range of $19.00 - $20.00 hourly, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with scheduling as the hotel operates 24/7.
• Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently check guests in and out according to hotel and brand standards.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities, policies, and procedures.
• Manage guestroom reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling bookings.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Handle cashier tasks and post charges to guest accounts.
• Notify housekeeping and maintenance of any reported issues.
