Job summary

Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide courteous and efficient service at the front desk, delivering a differentiated guest experience in line with established hotel standards. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to guest requests, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a professional demeanor.

The role requires familiarity with hotel operations, strong communication skills, and basic computer literacy to navigate the PMS and other everyday tools.

Qualifications

• Has hotel knowledge: hours of operation, staff, property information, and services.
• Trained on the PMS for hotel operations.
• Trained how to talk with guests.
• Has basic computer knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk with professional service.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out using the PMS system.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain front desk and back office cleanliness and organization.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safety protocols.
