Job summary

Stonebridge Denver is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the primary contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and courtesy. You will operate the front desk, reservations, cash drawer, and switchboard while following safety procedures and using the POS system.

This part-time role requires English fluency, attention to detail, and a commitment to high guest service standards. Compensation is $19.29 per hour in Denver, CO, with access to company benefits.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures with exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservation, check-in and checkout systems and credit card processing following safety procedures.
• Check registration (folio) cards for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
• Maintain accurate cash sheet and balance the cash drawer.
• Operate the switchboard and take guest messages and faxes accurately.
• Know emergency procedures and how to respond.
• Know room rates and amenities to inform guests.
• Prepare room status sheets for housekeeping and update status.
• Accept and record credit card payments; secure area when away from desk.
• Answer calls within three rings using a scripted approach.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain high service levels.
