Job summary

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON NASHUA is seeking a front desk agent to register and assign rooms, issue keys, and handle guest accounts. You will also process payments and reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills; experience in hospitality preferred. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use payroll/HR systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify customers' credit and establish payment method.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Post charges to ledgers and process payments.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and travel directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance and arrange tours or reservations.
