Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent to deliver a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensure accurate records, and uphold brand standards.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality or retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
