Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year experience in hotel or customer service; Hilton experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and facsimile machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle front desk operations, PBX and concierge tasks as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized front office and workstation.
