RAM Hotels seeks a Front Office Manager to lead Guest Services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth front office operations. You will motivate and mentor the Guest Services Team, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional, courteous service to guests, making each stay memorable.

The role emphasizes maximizing occupancy, brand program familiarity, and safety compliance while delivering top-notch hospitality. Previous hotel management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience in customer service or hotel/management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest services and front office operate smoothly while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Operate front office software, generate reports, perform basic programming, and cover other desk roles as needed.
• Manage large turn days, check-ins/outs, cash handling, and daily status reviews.
• Develop and maintain a Guest Relations Program and ensure staff knowledge of brand programs.
• Handle messages, packages, and mail; monitor out-of-order areas and safety programs.
• Enforce Equal Opportunity and Fair Treatment policies within the department.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and coordinate with Housekeeping and General Manager; cover shifts.
• Perform other tasks to meet guest satisfaction.
