Bridgeton Holdings Group seeks a Guest Service Agent at a Sheraton-branded hotel in Miami. The role focuses on welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/out, handling luggage, and guiding guests about local attractions to ensure a memorable stay.

Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with knowledge of PMS/CRM systems and MS Word/Excel. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• PMS and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area including lobby and seating.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
• Assist guests on departure by posting charges, settling payments, and arranging luggage/transportation.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct security walks through the building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
