Job summary

The Hampton Inn and Suites Miami Brickell Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our on-site front desk. You will check guests in and out, handle requests with urgency and empathy, and keep accounts updated in our reservation system.

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with departments to communicate room status.
• Maintain front desk area to be clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
