Bridgeton Holdings Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager at Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and requires coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to maintain high standards and efficient service. Strong leadership and fluency in English and Spanish are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or hospitality-related coursework preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, room inspection procedures, cleaning standards, and departmental workflow.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and housekeeping management systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including staffing and training.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely room cleaning and availability.
• Respond to guest requests and service recovery needs promptly.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and manage budgetary costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and Marriott brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
