Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process payments and verify guest accounts.
• Answer questions and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist with luggage and safety procedures.
• Maintain front desk records and balance cash.
• Support breakfast area during peak periods.
• Uphold HHM Hotels' service standards.
