HHM Hotels in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and assist guests with warmth while upholding brand and sustainability standards. You may work at the front desk using the PMS system to handle payments, reservations and inquiries.

This role requires a high school diploma and prior customer service experience, with knowledge of PMS systems preferred. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within the Front Office team.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Transmit and receive messages using telephones or the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating to supervisor if necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving scores.
• Follow safety standards and wear protective equipment as required.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
