Extended Stay America in Phoenix is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and manage payments in line with company guidelines. You will also maintain front desk operations and support breakfast setup while upholding safety standards.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Regular on-site duties apply at the Phoenix location.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists guests, answers phones, checks guests in and out, and collects payment per company guidelines.
• Completes front office daily paperwork and ensures safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests.
• Handles guest requests with follow-through and resolves issues per ESA's Make it Right policy.
