Job summary

ICONA Avalon front desk team seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle inquiries with a smile. You will answer calls, take reservations, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.

You will also prepare bills, coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness, provide luggage assistance, and offer local dining and activity recommendations. The role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, check guests in/out.
• Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and assist with reservations.
• Prepare bills and collect payments for visits.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
• Provide luggage assistance and local recommendations.
• Arrange transportation and respond to inquiries about hotel services.
• Maintain accurate hotel records and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend weekly Aloha Culture Meeting and adhere to policies.
