This role plays a critical part in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational accuracy. You will greet guests, confirm reservations, input data, issue keys, process payments, and keep detailed guest records with a courteous, confidential approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years experience in hotel or high-end retail environment.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations and licensure requirements.

Responsabilités

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Manage reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Input guest information and payments into the system.
• Issue room keys and explain hotel policies and local services.
