Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX and front desk operations according to standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports.
