Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems for check-in/out processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Input guest information and retrieve details from the computer system; assign rooms accordingly.
• Verify credit cards and process payments; balance transactions as needed.
• Answer phones and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest issues and escalation to supervisor when necessary while maintaining calm under pressure.
