Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Orlando to deliver exceptional guest service. You will handle inquiries, check reservations, and maintain accurate rates while upholding resort standards.

Ideal candidates are bilingual English/Spanish with strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills. Shifts vary including mornings, evenings, weekends; completion of on-site training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or call center is preferred but not required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with PMS and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest services to inquiries promptly.
• Enter reservations into the PMS accurately.
• Assist Front Office with daily arrivals, deposits and rate accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of openings and dates to maximize occupancy.
• Welcome guests and upsell resort packages.
• Maximize ADR through upselling and occupancy.
• Respond to guest questions via email or phone.
• Ensure compliance with laws and resort policies.
• Maintain professionalism across the department and staff.
• Greet guests and colleagues with a smile.
• Support other departments and attend meetings.
