Highgate is seeking a Front Office Agent for Residence Inn Exton to provide attentive service from check-in to checkout, maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction. You will assist guests with inquiries, maintain knowledge of rates and promotions, and operate the front desk computer system with precision.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly and maintain a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Must multitask and prioritize departmental functions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions as listed in the Red Book.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups and dates.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and complete shift checklists.
