Job summary

Residence Inn Langhorne is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure guest satisfaction by greeting guests, checking in/out, posting charges, and handling departures with courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing guest accounts, addressing requests, coordinating with departments, and upselling to maximize occupancy while maintaining brand standards and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of related customer service experience or on-the-job training may substitute for Front Desk experience.
• Marriott Select Service Brand experience preferred.
• FOSSE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides warm, hospitable service.
• Registers guests efficiently at check-in, following Brand standards and securing payment.
• Posts transactions to guest and master accounts.
• Reconciles PMS, Housekeeping, and registration records.
• Handles guest requests and coordinates with other departments to deliver services.
• Manages early/late check-outs and rebookings; handles reservations and cancellations promptly.
• Upsells to maximize room revenue and occupancy; assists guests during departure.
