Job summary

Stonebridge in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure smooth check-in and check-out, maintain accurate guest records, and provide outstanding service at the front desk.

You will greet guests, verify payment methods, post charges to ledgers, balance cash, issue room keys, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues, while answering inquiries about services and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts (PMS).
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and assist bell attendants.
• Review charges at check-out and post to ledgers.
• Transmit and receive guest messages by phone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
