Job summary

Paycom is seeking a guest services agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations while using upselling techniques to maximize room rates.

You will handle confidential guest information, coordinate transportation and wake-up calls, answer questions about the property and local attractions, and maintain a spotless lobby and accurate cash handling. This role requires a friendly demeanor and professional image at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services/hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Familiarity with guest services software or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests and process payments per policy.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms; handle wake-up calls and transportation arrangements.
• Answer guest questions about property and area attractions; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and restock breakfast area as needed.
• Assist with sales/marketing efforts as directed by management.
