Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. seeks a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative in Chattanooga, TN to deliver outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out. You will handle inquiries, assist guests, and support daily hotel operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to report to scheduled shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information and guest data.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, by phone and in person.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to support team needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out and throughout the guest stay.
• Serve as information center for guests, staff, vendors and visitors.
• Perform clerical duties including basic computer work and reception tasks.
• Support brand standards and operate according to property SOPs and training.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
