• Greet, register and assign rooms to guests.
• Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales and folio transactions.
• Transmit and receive telephone messages; answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Process reservations and room charges; post charges to guest accounts.
• Check guests in and out, issue room keys and provide escort instructions.
• Maintain neat and organized work area and restock supplies as needed.
• Deliver services to guests and assist with transportation or entertainment bookings.
