Job summary

Fairfield Inn Nashville is seeking a dependable Weekend Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, check them in and out, answer phones, handle reservations, and maintain a welcoming front desk area.

This role requires weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays mornings). Prior hotel or guest services experience is helpful, but not required. Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check in guests at the front desk.
• Maintain cash drawers and perform folio transactions accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local area info.
• Handle reservations and post room charges and other fees.
• Restock and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Provide timely and courteous service to all guests.
