NEXGEN HOSPITALITY IV LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to hotel guests in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with check-in/out, issue room keys, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability while answering inquiries and processing payments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities.
• Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
• Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
• Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
