Responsibilities

Greet and check in/check out guests for two properties with warmth and professionalism.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments in the PMS.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with service recovery.
Process payments, post charges, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Communicate between both properties to ensure smooth operations.
Promote hotel amenities and upsell room upgrades when appropriate.
