Job summary

JSR Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations across two properties in Fairfield, CA. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and room assignments, and resolve guest issues with professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in front office roles with supervisory experience, strong PMS knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hotel front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hotel reservation software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple properties.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations across two hotel properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences
• Supervise, train, and mentor front desk agents to deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments efficiently
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations
• Monitor front office performance metrics, occupancy reports, and daily revenue summaries
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures at both locations
