Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hotel front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hotel reservation software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple properties.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations across two hotel properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Supervise, train, and mentor front desk agents to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and escalations with professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations.
• Monitor front office performance metrics, occupancy reports, and daily revenue summaries.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures at both locations.
